Neurofibromatosis is a genetic disorder that causes growths on soft tissue, among other issues based on whether the person has NF1 or NF2. NF1 is more common and generally inherited, though spontaneous mutations can occur. Patients have cafe au lait spots (light brown patches on skin without texture) and grow innumerable tumors on skin and nerves. This patient had neuromas on both of her nipples. You can also see some of her cafe au lait spots in the photos.
