Period/Menstruation Returning
After 9 months of no period and many more months after that if you are exclusively breastfeeding, most moms dread when they start menstruating again. The first period can be very heavy and painful. It may come earlier for some (even if exclusively breastfeeding) or much later (years – some will not get a period until full weaning).
