Smegma is white/yellow coating that can live in skin folds (e.g. clitoris, uncircumcised penis, inverted nipple). It may smell bad and can be mistaken for pus. This is not pus or any infection. It is just dead skin cells mixed with sebum (oil) and it can be wiped or gently washed away.
